Is Using My Credit Card On This Site Safe?

Yes. All information is transmitted via a secure server and high level encryption technology ensures your credit card is safe. Your private information (such as email address etc ) is kept confidential.

During the shopping cart experience if you get a pop-up message that says you are leaving a secure web page and your personal information will no longer be encrypted, this is perfectly normal. When you enter a shopping cart environment you will notice the beginning of the web page URL changes from "http" to https". The "s" stands for "secure". If the browser says "https" your information is safe. This means you are entering a web page that has a high level of encryption for the purpose of entering your personal information such as your credit card number. When you finish the transaction, depending on your browser settings, you may be alerted (by a pop-up window) to the fact that you are about to leave the secure environment of the shopping cart. This simply means you are going back to the non-encrypted "http" environment of a normal web page.

I Think The Order Failed To Go Through - Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

After you completed ( or tried to complete ) your shopping cart transaction:

  • If you did not see a confirmation page on the web site that the order was successful, and ....
  • If you did not receive a followup email confirming your purchase from 2Checkout.com ( they are the authorized retailer of goods and services we provide and they process your online transactions ) then...

The transaction did not go through.  Your credit card will not be charged. Sometimes if things aren't working properly it's just easier to start all over again. If you wish to try ordering again make sure you clear your cookies first. ( Your credit card will not be charged twice. )

I Keep Getting An Older Version Of The Web Page

Hold down the Ctrl key and press F5 to make sure you are getting the latest page.

How Do I Change The Order / Update The Quantity

To change the quantity of an item or start the ordering process again from the beginning, you cannot just close the window and click on "add to cart" again because your computer remembers your previous information as well.

To change the quantity of an item you need to change the ordering quantity in the little box on the left hand side of the page. Don't forget to click "Update".

If you want to delete an order for a particular item click "Remove" directly below the item.

Clearing Your Cookies

If you are having problems downloading songs or using the shopping cart....
Before attempting to download songs again or before you start to try and order again, I recommend you first clear the cookies and temporary internet files on your computer. This will help remove any problems from your previous internet session. This is safe to do, and seems to solve most problems.

How Do I Order In My Own Currency?

When you order you can have the price show up in your own currency. Click on "add to cart" for the item you wish to purchase, then look at the top of the order page for the various flags from the different countries. Click on your country.

What Is A CVV Code?

For your safety and security, 2Checkout.com requires that you enter your card verification number, if one is available. The verification number is a 3 or 4 digit number printed on the back of your card. There is a little question mark ? at the end of the line where they ask you to put in the CVV code. Click on the question mark, it will tell you where to find the numbers.

Can I Pay By Check In My Own Currency?

What Happens After I Place My Order? How Do I Know My Order Went Through Ok?

You will receive an email from "sales@2co.com" confirming your order.
DO NOT delete this email until you have received your order and are completely happy with it.

If you have any queries about your order and you contact 2checkout.com they will only pass your email on to me. You should email me direct at orders@secretplaceministries.org with a brief description of your problem and I will reply as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours. Be sure to quote the 2checkout.com order number that you received in your initial email.

Discount Coupons

Coupon codes are sometimes given to existing customers ( and sometimes new customers as part of a special introductory offer ) which entitle the user to a specified discount for a limited time. If the coupon does not appear to work then most likely it has expired.

Can I Purchase Individual Songs?

Yes, quite a few of them are available at iTunes.

Important Information Regarding Your Credit Card

Please provide correct and full information. As part of the ordering process you are asked to first enter the shipping address and then later the billing address of your credit card. These are usually the same, but not always. If they are different then it is important that you provide the correct billing address associated with your credit card. ( The billing address is the address where your credit card statement is sent.) The credit card company uses this information to verify you as the authorised user of the card.

The wrong or incomplete  address may not pass the fraud review. Also, please make sure all other information such as your email address is complete. An invalid or incomplete email address may not pass the fraud review. 

Any information you provide is private and secure. The credit card company uses this information to verify you as the authorised user of the card. These verification measures ensure we all get to use our credit cards safely on the internet.

Using MasterCard

If you are using MasterCard you must choose the PayPal option when purchasing. (You do not need an account with PayPal). Click on the product you wish to purchase. In the final step of the checkout process you are asked to select "Payment Method". Choose PayPal.

Once you have chosen PayPal you will be given the option of making payment with your MasterCard.

Please Note:
Some currencies do not allow the PayPal option. If this is the case then simply choose one of the currencies below and the PayPal option will appear.
