Renewing Your Partnership when Your Credit Card Expires

Maintaining Your Subscription through Patreon

If you signed up for the Partner’s Portal through Patreon, then maintaining your subscription will require updating your billing information through Patreon. Your monthly subscription will remain valid so long as your credit card info at Patreon is current. You will be advised of the need to update your billing information when the date on your credit card expires. Patreon will send you an email advising you that the latest billing of the card was unsuccessful. They will conveniently provide you with a link to update your billing information. Click here for more information on the process. After updating your credit card info online your subscription will then remain active until the renewal of your credit card is due again.

Maintaining Your Subscription through PayPal

If you signed up for the Partner’s Portal after the year 2016, then maintaining your subscription on an annual basis will require updating your billing information through PayPal. Your monthly subscription will remain valid so long as you have sufficient funds in your PayPal account or your credit card info at PayPal is current. You will be advised of the need to update your billing information when the date on your credit card expires. PayPal will send you an email advising you that the latest billing of the card was unsuccessful. They will conveniently provide you with a link to update your billing information. After updating your credit card info online your subscription will then remain active until the renewal of your credit card is due again.

Maintaining Your Subscription through 2Checkout.com

If you signed up for the Partner’s Portal prior to the year 2016, then maintaining your subscription on an annual basis will require updating your billing information online at 2Checkout.com. You will be advised of this when the date on your credit card expires. 2Checkout.com will send you an email advising you that the latest billing of the card was unsuccessful. They will conveniently provide you with a link to update your billing information. Your subscription will remain active until the renewal date of your credit card is due again.

If you change banks or credit card companies you will also need to update your online billing information as follows:

There are two ways to do this:

(1) You can update your billing information before your credit card expires (see instructions below)
(2) You can wait until the regular billing of your card is declined. You will be sent an email from 2Checkout.com and provided with a link to update your billing information.

If you wish to update your billing information BEFORE the expiry date, follow the instructions below.

Special Note for Mastercard Users



1. Click here - Change Billing Information
2. Enter an order number (You can find this in one of your recent billing emails from 2Checkout.com)
OR Enter the First 6 and Last 2 numbers of your credit card.
3. Enter the email address you used when you placed your order.
4. Click on "Search for order."
5. Enter your new billing information on 2Checkout.com's secure site.
