If you are having problems downloading songs, if you contact 2Checkout.com, they will only forward your message to me. You will solve your problem faster by contacting me directly.
I made a donation but cannot find where to get the downloads.
When customers can't download songs this is usually because they did not click on the link at the end of the transaction which takes them to the download page. Click here for your link. You will need your password. This link can be found on the Download and Donate page for future reference.
I've lost my password / my password has expired.
You will need to email me and I will send you a new password.
I made a donation but some of the songs I wanted aren't there.
Not all the songs on the albums are available as digital downloads in the Download & Donate program. Before you make your donation you are given a preview of what is available. Your donation gives you access to a total of 43 songs.
Some songs don't have any sheet music or chord charts.
Not every song has written music or chord charts yet. The preview page made available to you before you made your donation shows what music files are currently available.
If there is a particular song that you really need the music for, let me know, I'll see what I can do.
There are no downloads available at all.
"I found the "Download now" page ok, but there are no downloads available."
Refresh the page by holding down the Ctrl key and pressing F5. WAIT. If you have a slow internet connection it may take awhile for everything to appear. Sometimes the internet is slow and gets clogged up for some reason. This is beyond our control. We suggest you try again later and see if it makes a difference.

Other solutions
Some computers - for whatever reason - just don't seem to like the download idea! If the difficulties are ongoing, at some point each individual has to make a decision about how much their time is worth and how far they are prepared to go to see the challenge through to the end! I understand this, and for complete consumer satisfaction, I am prepared to look at other alternatives. For example, if a customer is happy to pay any cost difference, I will ship them their choice of a cd.
